Jake the Donkey needs a home
Jake (better known around here as " Jake T. Mule?) is a handsome bay mule who was born in 2005. He is a very athletic and well-built guy who stands at about 15hands. He is quite a character, as many mules are, and is very smart and lots of fun. He has had some bad experiences in his past, but is figuring out how to trust people again and has become a much more confident learner thanks to the Parelli Natural Horsemanship program and lots of patience and understanding.Jake is definitely an extrovert who would love to have a job to do. He also gets along well with any other equines he's ever lived with. He's playful and appreciates having lots of room to run. He is extremely healthy and sound and should be rideable at some point, but will need a very experienced and savvy person to handle and/or ride him.If you think you have the ability and personality to mesh with such a cool guy, please contact us for more information about adoption.
